Our Vibrantly Healthy principles workshop cuts through the grease of conflicting information on diets and nutrition. You’ll come away with a holistic understanding of health and nutrition and have the knowledge and confidence to make balanced food choices.

We’ll be looking at;

  • How much protein, fats and carbs do you need?
  • How much fruit and vegetables do I need?
  • Is organic really the best?
  • Do I need to supplement my diet?
  • Do I need to snack?
  • What about tea, coffee, alcohol and water?
  • What simple swaps can I male with my foods to make them more nutritious?
  • How to deal with fussy eaters?

This workshop will allow for participation and questions and you’ll go away with a selection of resources to help you on your journey to vibrant health.
